The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Information about Cloudflare’s processing of technical connection data is available in its privacy policy.
Website features
The website files do not include advertising trackers or contact forms. The newsletter page embeds a registration form hosted by Brevo. The category filter operates in your browser without saving your selection. Images are served with the site and the typography uses system fonts.
Contacting the publisher uses your email application. Newsletter registrations are submitted directly to Brevo through the embedded form.
Technical data
Serving and protecting a website involves processing technical connection information. The hosting provider may process information such as IP addresses and request data. This is separate from any optional audience measurement service.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled, as confirmed by the publisher on 19 October 2026. No audience measurement tool is included in the website files. Technical processing by the hosting provider for delivery and security remains separate from audience measurement.
Monitoring Notes subscriptions
Laurent Rousseau is responsible for the personal data used to manage Monitoring Notes. If you subscribe, your email address is processed to confirm your registration and send the newsletter every two weeks. This processing is based on your consent. Subscription requires confirmation through the link emailed to you.
Brevo provides the registration form and email delivery service. Loading the embedded form connects your browser to Brevo, which receives technical connection information. For information about its processing, service providers and international transfers, see Brevo’s privacy policy.
Your email address is used for the newsletter while you remain subscribed. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by contacting the publisher. An unsubscribe record may be retained to prevent further sending. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
